She has delivered lectures to optometrists on Vision Therapy and has spoken to industry partners on communication, leadership, and team connection. In 2025, she partnered with Mr. Neeraj Jain through the acquisition of TVTO, with a shared vision of building a supportive and inspiring patient-centered culture and a workplace where teams thrive. Dr. Ramesh also operates a secondary successful multidisciplinary optometric clinic, where she continues to mentor peers through consulting, team-building events, and a commitment to elevating the profession together.

Dr. Ramesh is a proud recipient of the 2020 Best in Training Award from Transitions Academy and the 2019 Canada Best Eye Care Practice of the Year Award. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Waterloo in 2004. She has served on the Board of Directors for Vision Therapy Canada (VTC), and is an associate member of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development (COVD), a clinical associate of the Optometric Extension Program, and a member of the Ontario Association of Optometrists (OAO).

Beyond her professional life, Dr. Ramesh is a proud mom to two beautiful daughters and is endlessly supported by her husband—who never fails to make her laugh. She lives with heart, embraces new experiences wholeheartedly, and believes life is best lived with joy...especially on the dance floor.
