Neeraj Jain is an entrepreneur, investor, and builder of businesses and people.

Early in his career, Neeraj focused on real estate development and supporting startups, allowing flexibility to be present while raising his young children. In 2015, he acquired a struggling business, successfully restructured it, and soon after purchased a declining dental practice—transforming it into a growing and thriving healthcare organization.

Neeraj is driven by a passion for helping businesses and teams grow, elevating both performance and culture while ensuring people enjoy the journey. In 2025, he partnered with longtime friend Dr. Kiran Ramesh to acquire TVTO, with the vision of making it the leading destination for supporting visual development, brain performance, and overall well-being.

A lifelong learner and adventure seeker, Neeraj has flown a helicopter, sand-boarded down an active volcano, climbed Machu Picchu, and even experienced Burning Man. He believes in continuously expanding horizons—professionally, personally, and playfully.
